GOAL ONE: Provide the highest quality holistic residential and community care and transformation for survivors and those at risk of exploitation.
- Standardized Curriculum and Evaluations in partnership with Deloitte by August 31, 2018
- Create an internal institute through an EDvance360 software program to supplement professional development by July 1, 2018.
- Increase professional training for staff by July 2019
- Strengthen electronic record system for data management by October 1, 2018
- Establish an Alumni Program for All Graduates
- Strengthen sustainable funding through diverse funding streams by July 2019
- Increase Reserve Funds by 25% by December 2018
- Establish Endowment Fund by December 2020
GOAL TWO: Improve outcomes for long-term participant success in all programming by establishing a coordinated mentorship program by January 2020
- Establish a MENTORSHIP Program that will have capacity to serve 95 graduates annually from both girls and women’s programs by July 2019 with 80% of graduates connecting monthly with their mentor.
- Report and analyze a full year of data for both girls and adult mentor programs by January 2020
GOAL THREE: Provide Community-based programming for participants ages 12-17 in partnership with Atlanta Public Schools by August 2018
Coordinate the development of WSL Girls’ Academy by
- 1.Secure funding and timeline for implementation
- 2.Finalize objectives, timeline, and organizational plan with job descriptions
- 3.Secure facility partner
Facilitate opening WSL Girls’ Academy for girls at risk for exploitation
- Facilitate the renovation and furnishing of Counseling Suite, Food Pantry, Clothing Boutique
- Hire Staff
- Create schedule and coordination of services
- Execute WSL GIRLS’ ACADEMY model by August 2018
GOAL FOUR: Expand Housing options to improve recidivism - Transitional Housing for Women and Step-down Housing for Girls and Education and Treatment Center by January 2020
Create diverse options for Transitional Housing for Women through partnerships by January 2020
- Develop MOU with Walton Communities and United Way by May 10, 2018
- Develop MOU with Building Hope for Tiny Homes option for Participants by May 10, 2018
Additional facilities for Step-down Care for GRP by January 2020
- 11-Bed “Basic Care” Facility to give a transition year before returning home
- Education and Treatment Center
GOAL FIVE: Expand Institute as a national and international resource by increasing capacity for more survivors to accesss services
- Expand the international scope of the institute by June 2021
- Expand the national scope of the institute by creating a larger annual training for organizations working with survivors of trafficking.
- Expand the national scope of the institute by mentoring 10 more organizations by April 2019.
- Expand the current Direct Care Training to a Direct Care Training 2.0 by September 2019.
