Admitted young women must be at least 18 years of age and have elected to participate in Extended Youth Support Services. Young women must be assessed by the provider to be invested in and able to benefit from this program.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is a 13 month residential program preparing young women to become socially, emotionally and personally independent of social services while connecting them to life-long permanency connections and laying the foundation for the pursuit of educational and career opportunities.

We provide opportunities to explore and grow in faith
children, on average, are in foster care in Georgia
children per year will likely ‘age out’ of foster care without a stable home, making them vulnerable to human trafficking
at age 18, girls are sent into the world alone, lacking education life skills to maintain healthy independence
INTAKE CRITERIA
Interested participants must:
- be between age 18-21
- be committed to living a clean and sober lifestyle
- be willing to participate in programming, therapy, education, life skills and career-readiness training
- must be employed at least part time (15-20 hrs. /week) or attending school full-time
- enter voluntarily and are ready to engage in healthy community and programming
